How it works
At Kin Caravans we like to keep things simple.
Delivery: 13:00 - 17:00
Collection: 09:00 - 11:00
Delivery: This will be charged upon booking at a fixed fee depending on the location of your pre-booked site.
- You will choose which delivery £ tier applies to your destination. If you have any queries please get in touch prior to booking.
- You will be responsible for organising our access onto site with the destination operator. We will usually be on site at the start of your trip, so we can handover and provide instructions.
Security deposit
- £300 per booking security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your trip should the returned condition of the caravan (and any hired additional extras) meet our terms and conditions.
Booking
- £300 will be taken upon reservation. This serves as both reservation and security deposit.
- The hire, delivery and any optional items charges are payable 28 days prior to commencement of hire.
- If your hire date is less than 28 days of making the booking, full balance and the additional security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply;
- Exceeding 28 days from hire date; Loss of deposit
- Less than 28 days from hire date; Loss of Hire charges (excl. delivery)
Hirers are strongly advised to obtain their own insurance cover to safeguard against such losses.
Pets: will be permitted in outdoor spaces such as awnings, but not inside the caravan itself.
